Welcome to NSÌSÌMU. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.nsisimu.com) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

"Business Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Bank Holidays in England and Wales.

"Calendar Days" means all days of the week, including weekends and public holidays and Bank Holidays in England and Wales.

2. Customer Accounts

Creating a customer account gives you access to a more personalised shopping experience, including faster checkout, order tracking and exclusive updates.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with others. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

NSÌSÌMU reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorised use, false information or fraudulent activity. Except in cases of fraud or unlawful activity, we will notify you by email before terminating your account.

You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious or harmful code or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to this website, our servers, or any associated systems or databases. We reserve the right to report any such activity to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

3. Products and Descriptions

We offer home fragrance products, including candles, and may introduce additional home and body fragrance products over time, including diffusers, room sprays, eau de parfum and body oils.

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate. Slight variations in colour, texture or fragrance character may occur between batches as a result of the materials and manufacturing process. These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw or update items at any time without notice.

Product safety — body fragrance

Our body fragrance compositions are formulated in accordance with the standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Allergen information is provided on product packaging and in individual product listings. Customers with known fragrance sensitivities or skin conditions are advised to review allergen information carefully before purchase.

Product safety — home fragrance

Our candles, diffusers and room sprays are intended for domestic use only and must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided on the packaging. NSÌSÌMU accepts no liability for damage, injury or loss arising from misuse or failure to follow product safety guidance.

4. Orders and Formation of Contract

Placing an order on our website does not constitute acceptance. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. The contract between you and NSÌSÌMU is formed only when we send a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot obtain authorisation for payment or if there has been a pricing or description error on the website. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund you in full within 14 Calendar Days of cancellation.

Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.

Where a product is offered for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date or period will be stated on the relevant product page before purchase. Payment will be taken in full when the order is placed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product will be dispatched from the date or within the period stated on the product page. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP / £). Prices shown on the website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed clearly before checkout is finalised. Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched.

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as other secure payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment service providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to introduce international shipping to selected regions in future. Please subscribe to our newsletter, Keeping Company, to be notified when international delivery becomes available.

Orders are usually processed within 2 Business Days. Once dispatched, orders are sent using a tracked delivery service and are usually delivered within 2 Business Days.

Delivery to some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, may take longer than our standard delivery estimate. Where additional delivery charges apply, these will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, adverse weather, strikes or periods of unusually high demand.

We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Responsibility for the goods remains with NSÌSÌMU until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them on your behalf.

7. Returns

Your rights in relation to cancellations, returns and refunds are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NSÌSÌMU website — including text, images, branding, packaging, designs, creative concepts and proprietary fragrance development materials — is the intellectual property of NSÌSÌMU Ltd and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. For full details on how we collect, use and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights in relation to our products.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Our products are intended for personal and domestic use only. We accept no liability for any loss arising from use of our products in a commercial or professional context, including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, regardless of how the goods were purchased.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at hello@nsisimu.com or via our Contact Us page. We will aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve a consumer dispute directly, we will provide you with any information about alternative dispute resolution that we are required to provide under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in England or Wales, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish courts or the courts of England and Wales.
