How It Works

Choose the value and leave the fragrance to them. The NSÌSÌMU e-Gift Card is digital and delivered by email, with a unique code to use across our online collection.

It can be used in one go or across several orders. Any remaining balance stays on the e-Gift Card, and if an order exceeds the available balance, the difference can be paid at checkout.

Terms and Validity

NSÌSÌMU e-Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used online until the full balance has been spent.

e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another e-Gift Card. Please keep the unique code safe, as anyone with access to it may be able to use the remaining balance.

If an item purchased with an e-Gift Card is returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the e-Gift Card. Purchases of e-Gift Cards are also subject to our cancellation and refund terms.

Delivery

Your e-Gift Card is sent to you by email after purchase, using the email address provided at checkout. It is then ready to keep or forward to the person you are gifting.

The email includes the unique e-Gift Card code and everything needed to use it.

What Matters To Us

What surrounds the fragrance matters too. We pay close attention to the materials, packaging and processes behind every NSÌSÌMU candle, alongside how it burns and lives with you. Our candles are independently safety tested, and we continue to make considered choices that reduce unnecessary waste while protecting the quality of the experience.
